Arada, a prominent UAE-based developer, has officially begun work on the ultra-luxurious Armani Beach Residences, located on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah.

This exceptional project, created in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and world-renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, will feature 52 bespoke residences, 90,000 square feet of premium amenities, and breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, according to a statement from Arada.

The enabling works, which include shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation, have been contracted to Dubai-based International Foundation Group (IFG), specialists in advanced foundation and ground solutions. On-site work is already underway and is expected to be completed by March of next year, after which the main construction contract will be awarded.

To mark the start of construction, Arada unveiled a dedicated Show Apartment at its sales office in City Walk. This Show Apartment, furnished with Armani/Casa’s signature materials and designs, replicates key living spaces such as the living room, master bedroom, boudoir, dining room, and master bathroom, offering prospective buyers an immersive preview of the luxurious interiors.

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, expressed his excitement:

The project includes an array of exquisitely designed homes with configurations ranging from two to five bedrooms, as well as penthouses. Each residence is meticulously designed to maximize panoramic ocean and skyline views, with seamless indoor-outdoor integration.

Notably, the development will feature two presidential suites that redefine luxury living. These include expansive mega-terraces with infinity pools, private cinemas, gymnasiums, libraries, and reflective pools within serene courtyard settings. Residents will also enjoy private parking lounges with space for up to seven cars.

Alkhoshaibi highlighted the personalized nature of the project, stating that buyers of the presidential suites and penthouses will have the opportunity to collaborate with Armani/Casa to customize the interiors of their homes.

Since its launch earlier this year, Armani Beach Residences has already garnered significant acclaim, winning the Best Branded Residences award from Robb Report and Waterfront Project of the Year at the 2024 Pillars of Real Estate Awards.
